VERY SLOW TO RESPOND TO CUSTOMER QUERY

I sent an email to cybersmart wanting to know what the notice period is to transfer to a new ISP on Monday. I received a "i got your email now please wait" automated response from them with ref 5043296

They had not responded in 24 hours so I sent a follow up email on Tuesday. Wednesday went by and still nothing. It is now Thursday and I am still waiting for some form of response from these people.

2 or 3 months ago I had a similar experience with cybersmart where it took 3 weeks and a hellopeter complaint to get cybersmart to UPGRADE my account. Now Im done and im moving to a new ISP (with better pricing too)

So cybersmart phone to confirm the transfer of my ISP please.
