So a week ago I posted the issues about the new MTN internet service / portal. MTN proudly replied to my response on hellopeter saying they have routed the problem to the correct department. Yet not a single drop of feedback or correspondence has been received by me in person as to what the problem is or what progress has been made.

So in short they do the damage control on the social media side, but in essence nothing gets done. i will post a complaint every week until my issue is sorted.
