Unauthorised Subscription

I have been sent 2 sms advising me that I am subscribed to a Dragonfly website for R44.97 a week. I have neither entered or viewed this website and would like to know how this 'Company' have violated my consumer rights by accessing my cell no and charging a weekly fee without my acknowledgement!! Currently my cell phone balance is @ R280 all due to this! This needs to be stopped immediately or I will be forced to take further action. Today and the last time I have smsd stop to 39826 and it hasn't stopped! I have no time for acts - I will see to it the culprits are brought to book if it does not stop immeditely!
