8ta Social Media have did nothing to solve network

Posted a complaint on Monday 13/05/2013, 8ta Social Media Team replied saying they sent me an email. The email DOES NOT RESOLVE ANYTHING. This is the email they've sent in response to my complaint for their excruciatingly slow & sometimes unusable network:

"Hello Consumer786,

Thank you for your post.

Kindly note that we have sent you an email.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

8ta Social Media"

While trying to maintain 8ta's reputation, they respond on HelloPeter but don't bother to resolve the actual issue at hand. This is unacceptable. You have no right to respond on HelloPeter saying you've responded via email if the email response does not contain an iota of effort to resolve the issue at hand.

I've logged calls 2-3 times before for slow network speed, practically unusable at night to which the technicians that came home to test said, "There are too many people on the network". This is also unacceptable considering I pay for this service.
I want the network service I pay for monthly to work like it worked initially. I don't want to pay for network service I'm not actually getting!!!
