I have had my sim card replaced 3 times in 1 year and every time I had to go back to the store as no one at the call centre could assist. I called in on the 15th of September @ 17:30 and had spoken to a gentleman y the name of Rogan he was patient and very professional by 17:40 he had resolved the problem and saved me a trip to the store were I had activated the service. coming from a similar industry the service he offered was that of a specialist thank you Rogan and keep up the good work.
