In Dec 2013 ive spoken to Lerato to activate a new contract on my old sim card (Bring your own) for R 149 she informed me the 1st of Jan it will be activated guess what it has not yet a week ago phoned again Refilwe said she will activated since Lerato failed to do the work she gets paid for yet again Refilwe also failed yesterday phoned the 3rd time spoken to Sibosiswe and he ensured me it will be activated haha what a joke so tonight i check my balance still no sign that i have entered a contract yet Lesley cant assist to activate my contract coz only thinking in the box coz me as the client must waste my time during work hours to phone to get my contract which im buying for to be activated coz Virgin Mobile employees people that is unable to assist clients it is pathetic to say the least.

Virgin Mobile is this the way you treat clients by allowing that employees thats not able to assist clients waste your clients time? How many times must i phone to get my contract activated? Virgin mobile is very FAST to take my money yet i get NO assistance with my contract?

Hope someone will read this that is capable of assisting me with my problem i have coz im not impressed!!!
