SHOCKING DISCRIMINATORY SERVICE BY MULTICHOICE!!!

I called the call centre this morning and I got the shock of my life, the horrific attitude I received was out of this world. I had a problem with my DSTV, and called the call centre, after waiting for 20 minutes, the agent who answered the phone gave me some flimsy solution to try and assist me which of course did not work. I told him that I had a similar problem before and it was resolved on the phone. He insisted that I go to a DSTV store and get my decoder fixed and he was not interested in hearing me out even though I explained to him that I'm disabled and not mobile. He refused to assist me and would not even put his manager on the line, he went as far as saying that his manager does not have a phone or an e-mail. I understand that he might not have been to assist me, but someone with more experience would have been able to assist me. I felt that he got annoyed with me and I was discriminated against because of my disability, merely because I am unable to go to the DSTV store. He was basically saying to me that this is not his problem, someone else must just sort it out. He ended up hanging up on me. I'm disgusted at the kind of service that DSTV offers its paying custome
