BAD SERVICE!! Duplicated contract??

I took out a contract with 8ta in March 2012 for a 10gig internet service simcard. As from January 2013 I have been billed for two simcards, but I only took out one?? I phoned 8ta to complain about this. The operator told me that I took out a contract according to them, I told her that was a mistake and I only recieve 10 gig a month and I only have one simcard. She told me she will file a complaint. I waited for a while but nothing happend. I phoned again (ref no: 4029270) and spoke to Babalang Gani. She told me the first complaint was never even filed!!! She agreed to file it again and within 2-3 months the problem would be solved. NOTHING has happend yet and 8ta deducted my bankaccount with R199 extra a month from Jan 2013. I have to this day paid them an extra R1600 for a simcard I don't have!! I would like this to be refunded and sorted out ASAP!!!
