Suspected overcharging and bad customer service

I received two outrageous bills of more than double my usual bills. They cited data usage for the reason. In both cases i should have been warned of going over my quota by sms. The sms's came weeks after they should have, if at all.

I tried to get the bills reduced. Vodacom is not interested in helping or in even responding to customer care emails. Much like when my phone was in a mugging, they were not interested in reducing my bill after the had made 1000 Rands worth of calls overseas.

I was a loyal customer for about 15 years. Very disappointed Vodacom!
