Not receiving bills - EXTREMELY UNHAPPY!!!

I have called the call centre on a regular basis to request my bill to be emailed to me. When they eventually did email me, I received the wrong persons bills. I subsequently called them to request the correct bills, they confirmed that they would resend the accounts but never did. I have been trying to get them to send my bills via email for the last few years with no success. The local Vodacom agent is not able to help me with this.
