I called MTN the moment i saw my bill sitting at R1.800 and asked how could this be?? and the first person i spoke to sounded dis interested and didn't really care what i had to say, i hung up and called again and spoke to very rude Monde guy who spoke to me in a disrespectful manure because he was not making sense, and 3 more people after that, the point is that why could no body tell me what was happening, Vuyiswa and Tummie on the late shift tried to assist me and I appreciate that but my bill was already sitting R5k odd... this is unfair that now I need to wait another 15days for the Data team to first check since this is now a bill dispute!!! Can someone just take care of this for me!!!
