Still waiting for this company to do somethin

I posted on here before, posted on their fb page... they just do not have people that is trained to do a simple task. is it so hard to grasp that you need to fix my phone? you BETTER cancel my contract today or i will se you in court!!! dont even call me cause you have done this 50 000 times. it seems your employees cant perform a simple task. you are just steeling my money and its . cancel my contract cause i am busy with the newspaper right now and i will post on every fb and forum to not support you. been more than 4 months, got about 7 refrence numbers and still you get paid to do nothing! get people that can actually do something! i will also go into the main branch and give all the names incl. nici to the higher people as you just sit and STEEL my money. u said i must buy a new phone, i did, said i must do sim swop, i did! i want all the money i loose every month and the sim swop money in my account by tomorrow since my sim card is useless and bbm, internet etc. STILL not working. why should i pay to loose the money on the sim card every month if you cant even fix a simple sim card??? you better refund me! and u better cancel my contrac this moment!!!
