On the 29/01/13 i called the cell c customer care to do a sim swop as my phone and sim card were previously. i am on contract and am now paying for a sim card and phone that i dont have or use. the agent told me that she would need all my details which i didnt have on me but said i could call back and she would be happy to so the sim swop. a day later i call with my details and she tells me that she cant do the sim swop because i am a contract customer and that if i wanted a sim swop i would have to go to a cell c direct store to do it. so my problem is why did she firstly say that she could and then say she cant? lack of training, experience. to add insult to injury the socail media via means of the cell c facebook page are none the better. i continuously posted on their wall regarding my phone and what i could do about it but they never bothered to deal with it by a response. but there were people asking for contracts and the response was immediate. my number in question is 079 296 5170 () and i can be reached on 074 780 6745. seriously re-look at what you promise because the vast majority dont see you keeping those promises.
