Long wait & stupid rules

Arrived @ Vodaworld Midrand. Over an hour wait in queue to be served for an upgrade. Then if you change packages on the upgrade, this can only be activated from the 1st of the month, else you lose your current cell number. So you must wait a full month or you have to stay on your old contract and pay additional for use of data etc. surely a company which advertises its technological superiority would be able to pro rata the new contract across a month or cancel the expired contract and port your number to the new contract.

Whilst we were waiting an individual was escorted from the store after losing his temper at the long wait and poor service.

Awful service yet again from a South African cell phone company!
