Explain another thing to me, my pre-paid card is working 100%, the contract mico-sim data contract is useless, even after a sim swop?

I phoned cell c on Saturday, sent numerous emails to cell c and social media since Monday, today is Wednesday, still NO feedback, cell c is quickly to go out of their way to get new customers, but you need to keep them also!

So either you fix this or cancel the whole contract and I will move to a different provider.
Cell c went from hero to zero in couple of seconds seeing that I am getting the same issues even after a sim swop.

Feedback I want immediately:
1. This stupid mico sim card keeps losing connection even after a sim swop, refund the R150.00.
2. Explain how the balance can go from R98.00 to R668.99 with the old sim card not even functioning.
3. 3G keeps going to "E" and then showing Vodacom???
4. Cancel this stupid contract immediately, I've had it with incompetent service providers.
5. Work on your customer services feedback and response time next time.

Expecting to pay 10% to cancel this stupid contract!
