Good day. I took a new contract from vodacom on 20 april 2013. Laptop and data deal, from incredible connection vodaworld. No one explained that my subscription for the remaining of the month be prorata and debited from my bank account witin 3 working days. I only signed for the 97 connection fee. Now vodacom collections doesn't want to assist me and debit my account on the 25th which is one day later.. How can such a huge company not make a small exception and I have been a customer since 2007 whihc my account has always been up to date.. Given has a terrible attitude and he should reaccess on how he got the job and raised his voice. I'm very upset on this and I want to return the laptop and cancel my contract and rather get another service provide
