Incompetent Service!!!

17/01/2011 - I receive a final settlement amount on my Cell C account witch was in the amount of R 1, 711.19. On that very same day I pay this account in full with the following beneficiary description: 420250 (Acc Ref)-FINAL PAYMENT.
According to me this account is now paid in full and settled. I get an sms on 11 September 2013 stating that I should urgently make payment on my account or else the account will be handed over to an attorney. I phoned this morning 12 September 2013 and Cell C's Legal department advises me that there is still an amount of more than R 2, 000.00 outstanding?! Where does this come from? I get told that when I made payment in January 2011 the settlement amount then given was wrong? How does the employees at Cell C opperate? How do you expect a client to be happy with an un-settlede account in nearly 3 years. 3 years that I havent heard a word from these people, no sms, no e-mail, no phone call?? How do you expect me just to gladly settle this account after it has taken you nearly 3 years to wake up. Your service, I will never do any business with you again and I will also advise people of your poor service delivery. Thats why Vodacom and MTN ROCK!
