For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to get a response from MTN to sort out various issues regarding my contract, billing, CLI. All I am getting is computer generated complaint numbers. Re: RE: Complaint [#3755300] [#7044656]Request REQ:2595861.
Have they fired everyone?
Would like a human to contact me to sort out my various issues.
