The lack of service and constant incorrect billing is shocking. I closed my account on 2 January and transferred the credit balance to my sisters account due to previous refund issues. A month ago I received an email informing me that outstanding subscription fees will be written off a bad debt!!! Numerous request were lodged to MC to sort this ASAP and no reponse.

I lodged another complaint with a request for a Manager to contact me to resolve this. Instead I received a watered down apology and the issues raised were NOT addressed.

I NEED A MANAGER TO CALL ME!!! SOMEONE WHO CAN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!!!

SICK AND TIRED OF COMPLAINING!!!
