Vodacom - so much for "a company that responds"

I have logged a complaint (Vodacom drags feet on case) with Vodacom 2 weeks right here on Hello peter and since then they have not even responded yet they parade around and portray themselves as a "company that responds"
Sending a system generated acknowledgement that my complaint was received does not not count as a responds! It does not solve my issue.!!!
I am so disappointed by the lack of service vodacom provides to their clients in need. I have been a customer with Vodacom for years..I am talking 4 years plus. I cannot believe they authorized a contract upgrade without even requesting FICA documents. They put me in this mess and they do not even want to sort it out.
SORT THIS MESS OUT!
