MTN - Lack of Response Continues

I have had various issues with MTN ranging from incorrect billing charges, problems with booking in phones and generally poor customer service from Moosa at MTN Sandton City. MTN's approach has consistently been to "close" the Hellopeter complaint with a promise to escalalate my problem but this never happens. MTN, I will continue to complain until you address my issues.
