Ordered product four times no luck

We have attempted to order a Laptop and Data package at Paddocks, after two weeks we inquired about order only to be told it was not made. Placed the order again waited two weeks, call back get told the product is now out of stock. order a different Laptop wait two weeks go in to pick it up and the packaging has been opened and resealed. Go to Canal walk order from Dane go back after two weeks, no order placed, Dane is not available, order again from Charl wait two weeks go in, no order placed by Charl. complain to Manager Eben Peterson with no joy. My wife has lost contract and income due to the incompetence of Vodacom
