Terrible handling of orde

Hello

My last order with [URL Removed] has been handled terribly, and nearly 3 weeks later I am back to square one.
Following a delay on my order, with no communication whatsoever regarding the delay, I received my package on 06/09/2013. Immediately upon opening it, it was clear the product was defective, and i filed for a return online, expecting for my order to be replaced with the EXACT SAME product, only one that was in fact working.

Instead, after approving my item for return, the order was simply cancelled, and my account credited for the value of the order. To make matters worse, I could not even try and replace the order from scratch, as the product has now gone out of stock.

I have phoned your help line numerous times, mostly recently 11/09/2013, and was told I would be called back with confirmation on sourcing a new item for me. Like all other calls I have made to this line, this one was not returned either.

The service I have received has been absolutely terrible, and after 17 days I am left with absolutely nothing, with no one willing or able to ensure that I actually receive a working version of the product that I ordered.

I have really lost all faith in Takealot.
