Already waiting 5 weeks for couches ordered!!!

On 16 November I ordered 2 grey tub chairs. The sales assistant told me it will take about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I went to ask if my order is there and every week there after. Last week 4 weeks already passed, when I went to query my order AGAIN, I told them it is unacceptable that Im already waiting 4 weeks. They then told me I can order it directly from Head Office it will be quicker, but im required to pay a 50 % deposit. I told them that is fine with me, why did they not tell me about this option 4 weeks ago?!!! They said I will receive a message from head office the same day that I pay the deposit, but Im still waiting. On Monday i went to the store and said that Im worried about my order, as i have not yet received any communication from head office. They could not tell me if the order was on its way or not. The assistant manager was attending to me, she was EXTREMELY rude and said if I dont want to wait i must take my money and go buy chairs somewhere else!!! I phone the Mr Price Home customer service Monday evening to complain, but to date nothing is resolved. The manager phoned me today to say it will only arrive in January!! Im getting guests for Christmas!!
