Wrong stock / No delivery / waiting on refund!!!

I was quoted on a laptop, which was never delivered. They claimed that their supplier, ACER, supplied them with the wrong laptop spec that was not according to the quote.

They then wanted me to wait while they returned the laptop & Acer's technicians would "investigate". I hadn't even seen the laptop. This all happened between Introstat & Acer. After TWO WEEKS of this, Introstat then decided to terminate the order & refund me, without compensation for having to chase them & Acer daily to find out what was happening. The only reason I ordered the laptop from them was because they said they had stock & it would be delivered the next day.

I waited TWO WEEKS for them to try & sort this out & now I'm STILL waiting for my refund. I transferred the full amount before they placed any order with ACER & now they haven't even sent me proof of payment for the refund or anything.

WORST online shopping experience I've EVER had, bar none. I can't even start looking at other suppliers because they STILL have my money!!! I needed this URGENTLY two weeks ago for work & not I've been shunted from pillar to post & had to fork out near as makes no difference R15k for MY trouble.
