Data disappeared overnight

I loaded 750MB on my phone yesterday, costing me R220. The airtime on my phone last night was still R99. This morning both my balances were zero! How did this happen? I didn't make any calls, send any sms's and I only used very little data. I am furious! Apparently this is also happening to other Vodacom customers.
