Vodacom not giving me data purchased and paid fo

I bought Vodacom data, my meg 500 on 16 April, 2013. Today the 17th I still have not yet received my data, my airtime was deducted immediately but no data loaded.
I contacted their call centre around 9 AM, the agent I spoke to confirmed that data was not loaded.
Late in the afternoon, I still have not received my data, I call again to tell them that I no longer need the data as what I wanted to use it for is now gone. The Agent, Rebotile immediately changes tune, she now says I have used data, when in did I use the data? She says around 7-8am. Then I said to her your colleague who assisted me in the morning around 9am confirmed that I didnt receive data, even my balances show zero.
So how in did I use airtime that was not loaded? I no longer want it, just return my airtime ASAP.
