Nashua refuses to refund amounts over charged

In June 2013 Nashua Mobile debited my account with an additional R4000.06 in error. The call centre have advised that the West Rand Branch was at fault and needed to refund this amount. It is now September and despite the efforts made by the call centre the person responsable at the West Rand branch, Priscilla Pilger has still not refunded this amount. I have attempted to contact her, but she does not return my call.
Do I need to lay a criminal charge against them to get results? I expected to get this matter to be resolved immediately but it seems that they just don't care whose money they.
Please do not deal with Nashua Mobile in Clearwater, they are the most incompetant bunch of people I have ever come accross. What makes it worse is that I have 4 contracts with them. I would gladly switch providers but they will charge you huge penalties if you try.
