Questionable and or Illegal Business Practices

Hi,

Guys please be aware of the following, before opening an account with this crowd!!!

I opened an account with them for a data contract. A while later I opened another separate contract
for different accounts for a mobile contract.

A short history so that everyone understand the entire story properly.
I had just started at a new company a few month prior to this incident. I had no leave available but I got married and went on honeymoon. We catered our financials to account for taking this unpaid leave. When we got back I was sick for a further two weeks. So needless to say, I did not receive a salary for a whole month. Many of my accounts got caught in arrears.

Now what this crowd decided to do was because my mobile contract was behind they decided to cut my data contract as well.

But wait, this is the best part, so for the last 5 months, they have decided to still charge me for a service which they intend on not delivering. They have debited my account as required, but still my data contract has not been restored.

Being charged for a service which they are not delivering while that service has never not been paid???
I call this outright illegal.
