Vodacom not willing to change my contract package

I upgraded to an Iphone 5 on the 14th of December. I was previously on a Iphone 120 contract and used all my free minutes most months. When I upgraded I asked the pricing on the Iphone 120 and the contract price was the same (R450). There was also a monthly charge for the handset of R129. This brings the total to R579. I now see and confirmed this from the store where I upgraded, that they charge R595 for the Iphone 240 contract (giving double the amount of free minutes) and there is no pay in for the same phone.

The advisor did not tell me about this option, and I would expect a agent to inform a customers of such a flaw in the contract packages. Who in their right mind will not pay R16 more for double the amount of free minutes. Vodacom will not allow me to change to the Iphone 240!
