WON'T CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

After you say NO THANK YOU to this, they just go-ahead and activate it!!! Then you struggle months to get a request for cancellation through! These people have NO understanding of the meaning CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. This service is linked to your Cell C contract so if you don't pay the service they cut your phone, then you have to pay the whole amount of this blinking service. Then you speak to someone like Keagan who claims no one has access to e-mail so they can't send you proof that they put the request for cancellation through! Pravesh is a superior which isn't available and doesn't give out his e-mail address! And after you put the request through for cancellation Brenda phones to ask if you want to activate the service again! ARE YOU KIDDING?! I lost a lot of money because of them and their inability to process a simple request!
