Not answering there phone

If i may... Do you people always take so long to answer the phone???
i called in to inquire about one of the internet packages you have, as i was thinking of moving my line from my current service provider to yous.
i saw that i had waited over 20min and i had still no answer.
If this is how you welcome the new clients, i would seriously not want to become your client, cause if i have to wait 20min for someone to answer the call, then this means that my phone bill will easy go over its 100 and 1000.

Please do remember that service to a client is everything.
