Telkom is causing my company to loose business!

We have now been struggling to get Telkom to sort out our lines for over 3 months now. When clients phone our business, it is either dead on the other end or when we answer the call, we cant hear the person on the other side! This results in the loss of business!!! As we are a retail store, the negative impact of this BAD service delivery is unacceptable and the sales lost can NEVER be recoverd!
