On 22 August 2013 I've posted the following complaint at Hello Peter, Nashua responded on 29 August to contact us - not contacted or rectified yet. 4 months now - On 26 April Dries Schoombee applied telephonically for contract at Nashua Mobile - provide them with banking details for credit check. Charlene Vosloo assist him. She phoned to tell him that it is declined - Nashua deduct R658.49 on 27 June 2013.
Since 22 July we made several phone calls. e-mails and a visit to Brooklyn branch a case was opened - staff member the phone that was actually approved - but up to now no one respond after promissing us to refund - also still receive bills every month - Staff at Nashua that was contacted - Beryl Janse van Rensburg, Gerhard S, Jacky and Ian at - we did send all the proof.
