I reported the shocking service I am receiving from Cell C On 24 August. They responded with a few promising phonecalls - then nothing more! No follow-up and no action!! I ported my son's phone number to Cell C 3 months ago. They have not been able to successfully complete the port and he is unable to make phone calls (he is able to receive calls and have internet access, but cannot dial out). I have been pushed from pillar to post for 3 months! I keep on being told that the problem has been 'escalated to management'. What rubbish! The call centre is useless in responding to the problem. The Sandton City store is full of promises but cannot deliver a result. They now just refuse to answer my calls (Devesh). The manager has been arrogant and rude to me. They have swopped the sim 4 times and blame the porting department, but cannot get the problem resolved. They refuse to give me a contact higher up the foodchain to help me escalate the issue to management. I am at my wits end. Such ridiculously bad service. Only their accounts department functions - they manage to take my money every month. I am outraged at the ineptitude and lying.
