BIS is a joke!

About a month ago I noticed certain websites are not accessible on the MTN BIS package and a message pops up on my Blackberry phone saying I need to upgrade my package to BIS (which I have been on since last year).

I went to complain at MTN Morningside as the same issue was happening on my fiance's phone but not on any other service provider like cell c or Vodacom. They reset the BIS package and everything worked fine for about 3 or 4 days. The message popped up again and only had time to now go through and try resolve this AGAIN!

The person helping me then blamed the phone which makes no sense as both my phones are having the same issue at the same time and when reset, works perfectly. I can even use another network providers sim card and no issue!

I honestly feel I am not getting the packages I am paying for and want both my contracts cancelled. If I cant get the full benefit of BIS then I may as well get any other smart phone and use wifi like I need to do now with this blackberry. This is the second time I have noticed this and I am not looking for a fix either.

This contract was signed before decisions were made to change the packages so no excuses!
