Cell C
Signal: Unable to make Calls

I recently took out a cell c contract through Nashua Mobile and am unable to make calls when I am at home due to the signal. During the day it is better but at night during high congestion times it is almost impossible to make or receive calls. I have lodged a query with Nashua Mobile who forwarded it to Cell C. I had no response after two weeks from Cell C and had the issue escalated. I got a call a week after that asking if it was a voice or data issue, I replied that it was a voice issue and was told they would investigate and get back to me. I have been waiting for a week. The level of service is terrible and it seems only posting on Hello Peter will get me any response.
This is a risk to my security as I am unable to make calls in case of emergency. I am very unhappy with the resolution of this issue. Nashua mobile has done their bit and I am happy with the service that I receive from them.
If cell c can't handle the amount of subscribers then it should not sell additional contracts.
