Nashua non-delivery of Cell C service

Both I and my fiance signed up for Cell C's Iphone 5 straight up 200 through a Nashua branch in Pretoria.

My ISSUE: I have not been able to access my contract and account details through the Nashua's web-interface for over 3 weeks. I cannot signup for itemised billing nor can I see the details of my contract. From the outset I have phoned and emailed numerous times - receiving a shockingly poor response and service. Nashua state they are severely backed up with complaints. Is this my problem? Yet what I did receive was an invoice from Nashua for services (extra R80 p/m) for services which I have not received.

My fiance's ISSUE: She had to port her number from Vodacom to Cell C. We picked the phone up on the 29th of Jan. The number ported over a week later but the port was incomplete. For over a week she could make calls but was unable to receive any calls. Even after numerous complaints and threats of reporting this diabolical service to the NCC! Nashua's consultant reported her as an "irate customer! "

To make matters worse the added Nashua fee on top of the contract price was not disclosed verbally or in writing in the contract. This marks a serious breach of the contract.
