Totally Unacceptable service

I went to Nashua Mobile Cape Gate store on Monday 19 August 2013 to purchase a Samsung S4 mini smartphone on Cell C 100 contract 24 months. 6 DAYS later and I have been through with Nashua. I have been in the store 7 TIMES this week, after the 2nd CellC sim swop and standing 55 min in store before I got helped because there was only ONE agent in the store I am STILL unable to make use of my new phone as it says Emergency Calls Only. I AGAIN went back to Nashua mobile store Cape Gate and spoke to Roland. I said that I would like to cancel this contract immediately, I am very unhappy about the Nashua service and the fact that I have not been able to make use of the phone for almost a whole week which is totally unacceptable. Roland replied 'You can't cancel the contract, if you cancel it now you will be liable for the 24months subscription fees'. So here I am with a new phone on CellC, I cant make or receive calls most of the time or use SMS / Watsapp. What am I paying for??? NASHUA DOESN'T DELIVER WHEN IT COMES TO CLIENT SERVICE. AFTER DRIVING UP AND DOWN & WASTING MY TIME I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED!!!
