No Signal on Cell c, Poor Service

I was previously on vodacom however i decided to move to Cell C through nashua mobile 8 months ago and get the iphone5. From day one i had problems with signal and coverage. It has been an absolute nightmare. I have more than 5 dropped calls a day, most of the time i don't have any signal to use any of the data services on my iphone and my phone often goes straight to voice mail, when i first complained i was encouraged to get a signal booster at my residence. I did and this did not really make much of a difference as the signal came and went with the wind. I have also explained that in order for me to be happy with cell c coverage they would have to put a signal booster on my car and everywhere i went. I signed up for cell c expecting a service to be delivered and i have not received it. During December i had had enough and went into nashua mobile in sandton where i explained the above and met benny Macuacua. He was completely incompetent, could barely type an email and needed my constant supervision. I want to port back to vodacom at no cost. I have sent motivational letters, to him cell c port forms, and constant emails and still nothing. its like he is ignoring me. Unacceptable
