Failure to respond

I posted the following complains against Cell C and Nashua Mobile on the 30th July: https:///cell-c/complaints/cell-c-connectivity-epicfail-1152001

"After porting my cellphone from MTN to Cell-C through Nashua Mobile I have nothing good to say about either Cell-C or Nashua Mobile.

20th May: Port complete and device and sim cards delivered

28th May: I notified Jubal Chetty via email that I was unable to receive or make calls on the device, and the additional simcard which was supplied for data was not functioning.

5th June: following no response from Nashua Mobile, Cell-C or Jubal Chetty I sent an additional email, to which I received the following: "PMB is currently awaiting a 2nd transmission link to be installed by Telkom. Should be done in next two weeks-Mid June.

30th July: Needless to say it is now the end of July and neither sim cards are functioning. After missing countless deadlines to resolve I have insisted that Nashua Mobile refund me in full for all amounts billed and collect both the handset and sim cards which were supplied, preparing my number for port to another service provider."

To date no response from Gail Wall at Cell C...
