I was recently on MTN but I had a Crazy idea that Cell C would be the better option. I asked my service provider "Nashua Mobile" to move me over to Cell C. Since moving I have not been able to send or receive any calls. I asked Nashua Mobile to switch me back to MTN because I am not happy with the Cell C reception. even though I have reported it within 7 days Nashua Mobile reply that they will not swop me back again. I suppose my many years of paying bills means nothing to Nashua Mobile. What about the consumer protection act.
