BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) disabled

My BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) was disabled 3 weeks ago. I reported the matter to my service provider (Nashua Mobile) who prompted me to come into the store to see the device/cellphone to investigate the issue. It was explained to me that Cell C who the contract is with, had made some error on their system and had disabled my BIS (apparently Cell C had changed my contract/package to 1 that did not include BIS - hence BIS was disabled). It's been just over 2 weeks that this issue had been logged and is still not resolved. I've been to the Sandton City branch on 4 occasions, when Nashua Mobile consultants got into contact with Cell C, and then explained to me that they are resolving the issue, it would take 24 hours to effect, I need to reboot my phone and the BIS should be restored (after 3 cycles of this it still did not work). I've now in the last week tried many times to get a hold of someone at Nashua Mobile (Sandton City), but to no avail, the phone just rings. I am currently paying for a service I am NOT receiving, and I cannot unfortunately go directly through CellC as it needs to go through Nashua Mobile.

I hope this report yields some resolution for my issue.
