Wrongly charged for blackberry service

I paid R70 per month for almost two years for blackberry services while my SIM was never inserted into a blackberry phone. I enquired about this five times and every time I follow up the enquiry was either not captured or it was closed without giving me feedback on the final decisions made.

I regard this as poor service and would like to find out how this matter was handled and why it was not resolved.
