When last did you phone their call centre? I'm running a business and since this morning i'm trying to get hold of them as i can not make or receive calls from my cellphone. only to get a dead line all the time after i key in my cell number. then they say please send us an e-mail and we will attend to your enquiry. then when you do that you get an automated reply to say they will attend to your enquiry within 48 - 72 hours. I pay in advance my cellphone bill monthly but they take their time to attend to an urgent query. i mean you will not contact them unless it is urgent. who will pay for my loss of business until my service has been sorted. Why dont they employ more people to attend to their customers? What's the point of having a cellphone contract if you dont matter to them? what about the 1000's of people that doesnt pay their accounts? i'm really not happy with the service i receive from CellC. I"m totally unhappy with their service and will not back down until someone attend to my enquiry regarding my network. i'm sure that i'm not the only one with this problem.
