First they me now they want to rip me off

Two months ago was committed on my name my number was upgraded without my concern, to date I'm still waiting for feed back as to what happened, I've begged, I've asked and I've demanded a report and still no one not even a single person at Vodacom can tell me what happened.

I have spoken to different consultants and team leaders no one is helping I have requested to speak to a manager but funny enough it looks like there's no manager at Vodacom, I have requested to cancel my two contracts that I have with them when they expire only one was actioned the other one not and they expecting me to pay for another extra month for something thats not my fault, someone did not do their job and do I have to pay for that?

As usual I know they will act like they care and call me now that I have posted a complaint on hello peter and still do nothing about my complaint but at the same time I dont expect them to help me in anyway they failed me long time ago i just want the world to know how bad they treat their so called customers. I just wonder if the CEO of the company gets to see feed back from us as customers, if it was possible I would write directly to him/her.
