I took my mom to the Vodacom Store in Clearwater to upgrade her 2 year contract only to discover that a upgrade has been made using her name. I immediately followed the needed steps, visiting police stations, verifying I.D. Docs etc. The promise was a 72 hour turn around.
With two hours of wasted time today I am still no closer to the promised correction. The Team leaders can not contact the Department and the department does not respond to the e-mails send by the team leaders.
Promises of a reply on the 21st was met with silence, A repeat request on the 22nd was met with silence and now a third and fourth request still remains unanswered. What I find more disappointing is that VODACOM has always delivered the better customer service come on Vodacom I have two pensioners who are growing concerned that massive amounts of money may be deducted.
