Rude and unhelpful

I called to try resolve an issue. Phumeza was rude, unhelpful and kept asking security questions over and over. I know I was giving the correct answers as when I gave up and got through again the next consultant asked 2 of the same questions and was happy with my answer.

I think Phumeza just didn't want to do her job.
