Bad service & bad attitude

I was registered with this company from 2004 to date and there's been no response on a post I've been applying for. I have been patient and every time I would apply they will tell me to
send them. An updated CV of which I did but there came a time that I had to email them and ask what will it take for me to get a job through them and what are the requirement coa I have all those but still I'm not getting anything, I even asked what will it take me to get a job with them or is my cv not good enough cos I'm trying to figure out the questions i been asking myself all this time. All the ppl I referred to medstaff are working and happy but I'm still chasing after them and the posts in my line of job appear all the time. After asking all those questions the lady called CYNTHIA called me said that why am I asking those questions and when I answered her she said I'm rude and started to talk bad at me and as I tried to explain she kept on talking to someone else on the side and then said to me I'm taking down your details and I'll tell the employer that your rude and not giving me a chance to talk. She asked me if I need a job or not & her collegues were busy laughing in the background
