Each of contract!!! 1

I am so disgusted, and will never ever use the services of cell c ever again.
I took out a R119 internet contract at cell c for 2 G a month.
Basically to make a long story short, in two months time they have deducted R800 from my account.
To make matters worse is that the 3G device does not have any signal.
I have been in the menlyn branch twice already, and they just tell me to bring a bank statement everytime.
When I bring it nothing happens. Besides this, I have filled in a form for them to come and check my signal... Nobody even tried to come and see me. Guess what now I need to fill in a new form.
The attitude and service I received from this branch is quite disgusting, and I will never use Cell C again.
I want my R800 back and cancel my contract! Disgusting i tell you, R800 for NOTHING
